If you book an early morning group walk 8:00 - 11, your dog will be collected between the hours of 8:00-9:00 and returned between the hours of 10:00-11:00.
Our mid day session starts with collection between 11:00 - 12:00 and return time is between 13:00-14:00.
Your dogs are guaranteed a 1 hour walk/ play time in our secured fields (this excludes any travel time).
Solo walks are 50 minute walk from and back to your home on lead.
Group walks will give your dog the opportunity to play and interact with other dogs and walkers throughout the day in a controlled setting. All dogs must be friendly and social with other dogs and humans to be able to participate. Before becoming a regular member each dog must have a trial day.
If the weather is warmer than 22 degrees then all clients have the option to change their book in for a 30 minute slot or an early group walk session (8:00 – 11:00). Booking prices will be amended to short walks or home visit charges.
If none of the options above are suitable the clients are welcome to receive a full refund.
Unless specified otherwise - Yes, we do occasionally like to give treats, especially for good behaviour and during the course of training games. However, if you would like us to give your dog extra treats, then they must be provided upon collection.
